Arriverr ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Sale X mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

User-Generated Content

When you post an advertisement or communicate on Sale X, we collect and store the data you provide, which includes:

• Images uploaded to your advertisements (via Firebase Storage).
• Ad details (titles, descriptions, pricing, property details).
• Chat messages sent to other users within the app.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To manage your account and authentication (via Firebase Auth and Google Sign-In).
• To allow you to post classified ads and communicate with buyers/sellers.
• To process in-app purchases for featuring ads (via Google Play Billing).
• To provide customer support and moderate reported content.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Firebase Cloud Firestore: For storing app data like user profiles, ads, and chat messages.
• Firebase Cloud Storage: For securely storing images uploaded to the app.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, you can use the "Sign Out / Delete" functionality within the app (if applicable) or contact us directly. Upon deletion, your profile, active ads, and uploaded images will be removed from our active databases.

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (such as Firebase's built-in encryption and security rules), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
